Whether you're seeking deep rest, emotional release, or gentle rebalancing, I offer personalised 1:1 sessions to support your unique journey — online or in person (currently available in Aarhus & soon London).
Your first booking includes a free 30-minute intro call, where we’ll explore your needs, intentions, and preferences. Before this call, you’ll complete a short pre-assessment so I can design a session that truly supports you.
What to Expect: Reconnecting with Your Sense of Self
My sessions are grounded in the belief that healing begins with coming home to yourself. Many of us move through life feeling disconnected — from our bodies, our needs, and our intuition. Through slowing down, intentional movement, and deep listening, I support you in gently reconnecting in a way that feels safe, nurturing, and empowering.
A Holistic Approach to Healing
Healing isn’t linear, and it can’t be rushed. I don’t offer quick fixes — but I do offer a grounded, compassionate space to support your process. These sessions are rooted in trauma-informed practice, nervous system regulation, and embodied awareness. They can complement traditional therapy or stand alone as a nourishing space for self-exploration and grounding.

Each session is responsive to your energy, needs, and intentions. Whether we focus on rest, emotional release, or simply being present, our time together is guided by deep listening — to your mind, body, and self.
Sessions May Include:
• Somatic, Yin, Restorative, or Yoga Nidra
• Guided meditation, breathwork & embodies awareness
• Gentle verbal guidance, reflective dialogue, or intuitive integration
• A personalised PDF with tools, rituals, or journaling prompts for home practice
My Approach
I blend insights from psychology and nervous system science with traditional healing practices such as Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine. I hold a BSc in Psychology, a Holistic Life Coaching certification, and a Yoga Alliance teaching qualification — and bring over a decade of experience working with both clinical and alternative healing modalities.
My approach is thoughtful, intuitive, and always tailored to you.
