The Approach: Beyond "Fixing"
Healing isn’t linear, and it shouldn’t be rushed. My work is rooted in the belief that true transformation begins when we stop trying to "fix" ourselves and start listening to the wisdom our bodies have held all along.
I blend Psychology and Nervous System Science with traditional healing modalities like Traditional Chinese Medicine to offer a truly integrated experience. My sessions are:
Trauma-Informed: Prioritizing your safety and pace above all else.
Nervous System Centered: Shifting out of "survival mode" and into regulation.
Embodied: Moving the focus from "thinking" about your problems to "feeling" through them.

Every session is responsive to your energy in the moment. We may weave together:
Somatic Practices: Yin, Restorative, or Yoga Nidra to settle the body.
Body Work: Acupressure, gentle massages, energy cleansing
Deep Listening: Guided meditation, breathwork, and embodied awareness.
Reflective Dialogue: Gentle verbal guidance to integrate your insights.
Home Integration: A personalised PDF with tools, rituals, or journaling prompts to support you between sessions.
About My Practice
With a BSc in Psychology, a Holistic Life Coaching certification, and a Yoga Alliance Embodied Yoga Teacher qualification, I bring over a decade of experience across both clinical and alternative healing. My approach is thoughtful, intuitive, and deeply informed by lived recovery experience.
