The Sensual Embodiment Series is a collection of gentle, sensory-led workshops designed to help you reconnect with your body, breath, intuition, and self. Each session offers a held and guided space where you can soften, explore, and feel supported through community.

If you’ve ever felt disconnected, overwhelmed, or simply “not fully here,” these workshops are a gentle way to return to yourself. You’ll receive tools to explore your inner landscape through breath, somatic movement, deep rest, nervous system regulation, self-touch, aromatherapy, and the simple act of noticing what you feel.

Here, sensual does not = sexual. Sensuality is presence — noticing the warmth of your skin, the softness of your breath, the scent of essential oils, the heaviness of your body on the mat, the quiet rhythm of your heartbeat.

Each workshop opens a different doorway into embodiment: Skin & Self-Love Rituals; Sexual Health & Wellness Education; Somatic & Restorative Yoga; Aromatherapy & Saunagus; and Ceremonial Cleansing. You can join one event or move through the whole series as a journey into softness and inner connection.

The Sensual Embodiment Series is a collection of slow, gentle, sensory-led workshops for people who want to feel at home in their own bodies again.

Think of this as a small collection of cosy, restorative gatherings where you get to unwind, tune back into yourself, and let your nervous system finally take a bloody breather. Each session is gently guided, and designed to help you soften into your body rather than live entirely in your head.

If you’ve been feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, frazzled, or just a bit “out of yourself” lately, these workshops are a very forgiving way to come back home. Through breath, somatic movement, deep rest, self-touch, aromatherapy, and the simple art of paying attention to what’s actually happening inside you… you’ll start to feel more you again.

And just to be clear:
sensual does not = sexual.
Here, sensuality means being present.
It’s the warmth of your skin, the sound of your breath, the scent of an oil, the weight of your body sinking into the mat. It’s slowing down enough to notice your own aliveness.

Each workshop has its own flavour — Skin & Self-Love rituals, Sexual Wellness education (the shame-free, empowering kind), Restorative & Somatic yoga, Aromatherapy & Saunagus, and slow ceremonial cleansing. A gentle workshop combining yin yoga, restorative rest, and a guided self-massage ritual using Kjærli’s nourishing oils. We explore skin as a doorway into presence, self-touch, and self-connection — softening the nervous system and inviting you back into your body.
